- Each bedroom has a new queen size bed and a sleeper sofa or futon.
- New family room has a double futon bed, which, in the owner’s opinion, is the best bedroom in the house.

- Front Patio: 1,000 square foot blue stone patio across the entire front of the home, just like you would see in Europe.
- Back Patio: Beautifully landscaped area surrounding stone patio equipped with dining table and sitting areas.
- Gazebo (side yard): Large covered structure for 10 or more to enjoy dinner or drinks near the fire area on the side yard.
